Course: Holistic Health

If you study holistic health, you’ll focus on the connections between physical, mental, spiritual, social, and environmental well-being, and you’ll learn about practices in Eastern and in Western medicine that promote health. You’ll study anatomy and physiology, biofeedback, stress management, nutrition, toxicity and detoxification, and alternative ways to diagnose and treat disease. You’ll also cover medical systems such as homeopathy, naturopathy, Ayurvedic medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, and mind-body medicine.
