If you study meat cutting, you’ll prepare for work as a licensed meat cutter or butcher. You’ll learn how to receive, cut, and package animal meat products. You’ll practice cutting all sorts of meat -- from beef, pork, and poultry to veal and lamb -- including fancy and smoked meats.
