We\u2019ve altered the navigation menu to replace the old \u201cDetail\u201d tab with a new \u201cSkills\u201d tab.<\/p><p>From this new view you can easily see your holistic skill and competency levels&#8211; Giving you control to understand where your strengths are, and what opportunities you have to improve on.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
