A one day workshop offered to schools, higher secondary institutions and colleges. SkillGapfinder career workshop follows the Career Exploration Program (CEP) which has the following key elements:

Learn About YourSelf Assist the career aspirants identify personal talents and aptitudes through:

• Career psychological games
• Group motivational activities
• Multiple-Aptitude Tests (MAP)
• My Interest Profile (MIP)

Understanding the World of Work Options introduces participants to:

• Career Exploration Tool: OCCU-Match
• Courses and Institutions
• Entrance & Prepararion Procedures
• Requirement & Eligibility criteria

The workshop concludes with the student learning to generate career options and developing career plans for which he or she is best matched.

Finally a Careers Report is prepared for each student, with details about personal interests, aptitudes, matching career options and career paths. These reports are made available to the school and/ or individual approximately 2 weeks after the workshop.

All SkillGapfinder workshops are followed by a free parent session at the end of the student workshop.
